Michael founded Open Mike Solutions out of a desire to solve the most common problems that get in the way of a company’s success. Many organizations are good at hiring employees for their technical skill. But employees and managers also need vital soft skills to thrive: conversation skills, leadership ability, and the knack for getting things done. That’s where Open Mike Solutions can help.

Michael began his professional career in broadcasting at CBS News in Charleston, SC as an on-air TV reporter. He enjoys travelling the world and holds a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Maryland, College Park, and currently resides in the suburbs of Washington, DC.
